The customer provides complete product design drawings, technical parameters, quality standards, etc. The OEM manufacturer is only responsible for production according to the design and does not participate in the product design process.

Initial consultation
Please contact us by phone, email, online form or official website. We will arrange a one-on-one sales representative to have an initial communication with you to understand your needs and provide you with professional advice.
Demands confirm
Communicate in depth with customers (specific requirements for strength/temperature resistance/environmental protection requirements, certification requirements such as RoHS/REACH/UL, etc.), confirm product model, technical standards, price and payment method
Contract signing
Once both parties reach an agreement, they sign a pro forma invoice or sales contract. The customer pays a deposit (if agreed upon). This step confirms all transaction details and becomes legally binding.
Production Scheduling
After receiving the deposit, the factory will arrange production. We will regularly update customers on production progress (such as providing production photos) to ensure that they are on schedule. Any potential delays will be communicated in advance.
Inspection & final payment
After production is complete, we arrange for inspection (customer-inspection, third-party inspection, or photo/video report provided by you) to ensure that product quality, specifications, and packaging meet contract requirements. Upon successful inspection, we notify the customer to pay the final payment (e.g., T/T 70% against a copy of the bill of lading). Receipt of the final payment is a crucial prerequisite for shipment.
Logistics Arrangement & Shipping
You or your partner freight forwarder will arrange booking, customs clearance, and ocean/air freight. Provide customers with copies of important documents such as the bill of lading/waybill. Inform them of the estimated time of arrival.
Delivery & After-Sales Support
Upon arrival of the goods at the destination port, the customer will present the original bill of lading (or telex release) for customs clearance and pick up the goods. Physical delivery is completed. We proactively inquire about the customer's delivery status and product quality feedback. We provide necessary technical support and address any potential issues, maintaining positive customer relationships.
